Dembinski, Doris C. “Aunt Doris”
March 4, 2011, Age 83. Preceded in death by her parents John and Rose Dembinski. Dearest sister of Jackie the late Lou Leyton and Audrey Jim Marx. Loving aunt of Paul Julie Kachur Leyton and MaryBeth Ron Hess. Great aunt of C.J. and Ellie Leyton. Dear friend of the late Tony Romano. Further survived by other relatives and many friends.
Visitation Thursday March 10 from 10-11:45AM with Mass of Christian Burial at 12 Noon, ST MARY FAITH COMMUNITY, 9520 W. Forest Home Ave. Entombment-St. Adalberts Cemetery.
Doris was the first woman to serve as the Chief Committee Clerk of the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors, retiring in 1987 after 39 years of proud service. After retirement, Doris served and volunteered with many groups and organizations including: Treasurer of St. Mary’s Young at Heart, Sr. Gerri Last Stop Shop, MCOW Gift Shop and Clement Manor.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the School Sisters of St. Francis retirement fund or St. Mary’s Young at Heart appreciated.
