Dorothy Jean Leifheit Selby

Our beloved mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother passed away peacefully in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on March 21, 2023. Dorothy was born in Lafayette, Indiana on April 28, 1923. She was a beautiful woman inside and out.  She taught us all to be kind, loving and respectful of others and she will live on forever in our hearts.  Dorothy was preceded in death by her first husband, Walter Leifheit and her second husband, Robert Selby.  She would always tell everyone and anyone that she had a wonderful life and two great husbands.

Dorothy is survived by her daughters Linda Greer of Dallas, Texas and Lisa Leifheit of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; stepdaughters Sue Kahan of Rocklin, California and Sally Shlosberg of Edina, Minnesota; grandsons Austin Greer and Ian Greer of Statesboro, Georgia and step granddaughter Selby Shlosberg of Denver, Colorado.

In accordance with Dorothy’s wishes, no formal funeral services will be held and she will be laid to rest in Brazil, Indiana at Clearview Cemetery.  If desired, memorials to the charity of your choice.
