We moved into our house across the street from Doug and his wife in the 90’s. He was a great neighbor and a very nice man. Condolences to his son and all of his family and friends
Doug was a great member of our Wednesday night golf league.. love by everyone and will be missed.
Doug and his family were great neighbors throughout the years. Doug was also an awesome friend. He will be greatly missed. With love and sympathy to the family. Mark, Bonnie, Bella and Rocky
I worked for Doug for many years. Super nice guy. He will be missed
One of the finest people I’ve ever known. I was fortunate to be his friend and next door neighbor for 15 years. We were partners in a golf league on Tuesday nights. Doug will be missed but our friendship will always be cherished.
I will miss you my friend. Words cannot describe how much you meant to me and Ronnie. Rest easy.
I had the pleasure to work with Doug. He was a fantastic guy. I miss all the evenings that we spend golfing. All my thoughts to your family.
When I started my career at Enerpac as a young kid right out of college, Doug was the Chief Engineer. He was a great mentor to everyone around him! He was always helpful and willing to share his knowledge with all of us. We went on many Engineering/Product Management trips to our European office, and he was always great to travel with, as well.
He was also active in the Enerpac golf league, and we had many great nights at the course. I learned so much from Doug, and he will be missed. I wish his family my condolences in this difficult time.
I worked with Doug at SPX and we became really good friends. I had a lot of respect for Doug – he was a brilliant designer, extremely creative, and someone you could count on and rely on. I am sorry to hear of his passing and wish his family peace, fond memories, and comfort knowing he is in heaven.
Doug and I were ” weekday roommates” when we both worked for SPX in Rockford. We shared an apartment and he was such a wonderful friend and colleague. Doug was always very kind to me and I will miss him. RIP my friend.
I really enjoyed working with Doug. He never boasted about his knowledge and expertise in hydraulics and all things mechanical, but he earned respect every time he spoke.
Rest in Peace Doug. Great neighbor for many years. Blessings to your remaining family here and happy you are with Jeanne and Michelle again.
