A wonderful uncle, a kind, gentle and generous man. Lots of great memories of growing up…camping at Razorback Lake, water skiing, cherry picking in Door County, birthday parties for all the cousins, Christmas and Easter at Grandma’s, Easter service at Emmaus, playing Sheepshead, picnics, baseball games, trick or treating with the cousins and so much more. I love our family, the unity and so much love, laughter and fun. Love to all the Kaupla cousins and Uncle Ken and Aunt Bip. I know he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

My prayers are with you all! He was an awesome man. Always smiling. I will remember the happy times with visiting in the gazebo, dinners with Kathy and Paul’s spicy suppers and so many more laughs. He is definitely an angel looking down upon us with his smile! RIP Ed, you will be missed.

I had the pleasure to know Ed as Controller of Kemci Systems and later as a co-trustee. We never had any disagreements over those 25 years or so. What a truly sweet man, a true Christian and all around nice person. My condolences to his family and Nancy. I will truly miss him.
