Elaine Lyons
Elaine Lyons nee Robinson passed away on November 18, 2024 at age 82. She was proceeded in death by her husband James Lyons, Mother Dorthy Robinson, Father Duane Robinson, sister Karen Robinson, and infant son, David Lyons. She is survived by her son, Robert Lyons.
She graduated from Elyria ( OH ) High School and attended Mount Union College ( Alliance, OH ) The here she obtained a degree in Elementary Education. She loved children and teaching and enriching the lives of future generations. She taught for over 30 years, the majority in Cudahy Public Schools. She was an avid reader and gave that love of reading to Robert. She was a big fan of Dr. Seuss, the Minions, and Elmo. She is also survived by her cherished guard Panther, Pelican.
Visitation will be held at Oak Creek Community United Methodist Church, 8675 S. 13th Street, Oak Creek, WI 53154, on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 from 10 : 00 a.m. until 11 : 00 a.m. Her Celebration of Life will be at the church from 11 : 00 a.m. until 12 NOON, filled by a light luncheon.
Robert, your mom would be so proud of you.. you continue to do things for your mom and take care of yourself.. she would want you to go on and live your life. You and I took care of amazing ladies.. and now they are together with their parents, and are all listening to what Elaine is saying to updating them on what was going on here.
I am so proud of you as you are hanging all this by yourself . One day at a time..
