Passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 22, 2017 age 70 years. Adored mom of Kim (Jamie) Chapman, Wendy (Todd) Turowski and Chad Kokoshka. Proud “Grandma K” of Tyler and Kyle. Loving sister of Diane Goff and Donna Brill. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 26 from 1:30 – 2:15 PM. Memorial service to follow at 2:30 PM.
