Elizabeth G. Anderson “Betty”

January 29, 2021. Age 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Erwin A. Anderson Jr. Dear sister of Jean Knutzen. Loving aunt of Kathleen (Chris) Carroll, Russell Anderson, the late Donna Froemming. and the late Patrick Knutzen. Great Aunt of Lee (Eric) Brusky, Kelly (Will) Davis and Drew Anderson.

Betty was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Erich and Ella Spath. Her childhood tomboy years were followed by her marriage to Erwin Anderson, Jr. She began a long and successful career in the beauty industry, working with the Estee Lauder company. Betty’s love of travel took her to many countries on most continents. She also loved gardening and meeting new people. She was grateful for her most recent home, Tudor Oaks Living Community, where she made many new friends among fellow residents and staff.

Betty was a life member of Fosselyngen Lodge Sons of Norway, Electa #75 Order of Eastern Star, and Our Savior’s Lutheran Church ELCA.
