nee Waraksa. Rose to Eternal Life on May 30, 2009 at the age of 87 yrs. Beloved wife of the late Charles “Chuck.” Dear mother of Dennis Mary Masarik, Mark Tamara Masarik, and Elaine Robert Masarik-Williams. Grandmother of Brett Joanna, Aaron, Jennifer Floyd Engelking, Kevin, Matthew, Jason, Seth, and Selena Masarik-Williams. Great-grandmother of Lauren, Ethan and Courtney Masarik, Mason and Noelle Engelking. Sister of Sally Roman Osmanski, Al Agnes Waraksa and Natalie Blonski. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A celebration of Ermine’s life will be Wed. June 3rd, 9-10:15 am with the Mass of the Resurrection at 10:30 am at ST. VERONICA’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 4001 S. Whitnall Ave. Interment Holy Sepulcher.
Ermine’s life was one of faith and family with her love and generosity given abundantly to all. She shared a wonderful sense of humor and was playful in spirit. She served as the secretary for St. Veronica’s Catholic Church for 29 years. The family thanks all the clergy and parishioners over the years for blessing Ermine with their friendship. The family also extends its appreciation to the entire staff of the Franciscan Courts and Villa for their care and compassion for the past five years. Memorials to St. Veronica’s Parish appreciated.
