(nee Helwig) Taken home to be with her Savior on Tuesday, April 14th, 2015, age 95. Beloved wife of the late Harold W. Block. Cherished mother of Joanne (Harry) Radloff, Diane (Ernie) Rosenthal, and Jack Block. Loving grandmother of Mark (Nancy) Radloff, Lynn (Jon) Kuske, Julie (Peter) Hillman, Rob Radloff, Greg (Cathi) Rosenthal, Michael (Christiana) Rosenthal, Brian (Katie) Block, Brittney Block and Adam (Kayla) Block. Special great-grandmother of Anna, Nathan, Tristan, Kaylen, Taylor, Hayden, Justin, Hannah, Olivvia, and Bowden. Preceded in death by her dear sister Evelyn Pfeiffer and brother Clarence Helwig. Also survived by nephews and many long-time friends.

Visitation Friday, April 17th, from 10-11AM at ST. JACOBI EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 8605 W. Forest Home Ave., followed by the funeral service at 11AM. Private interment Highland Memorial Park.

The family wishes to thank Oak Hill Terrace and Spring House for their compassionate care of mom for the past 9 years. Also special thanks to Vitas Hospice for their care.
