Ethan Monson-Dupuis

Passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 27, 2016. Age 25 years. Beloved son of Robin and Jeff. Much loved brother of Deva (Jordan) Murphy. Treasured grandson of Kathleen and Robert Mathiesen. Cherished nephew of Renee (Phil Gleason) Monson, Rolf Monson, Regina (Douglas) Weber, Kevin (Tonya) Dupuis and Christopher (Veronica) Dupuis. Held closely by Ariana Filiatrault. Lovingly remembered by many cousins, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at HALES CORNERS LUTHERAN CHURCH, 12300 W. Janesville Rd. from 4:00 PM until 5:45 PM with Service at 6:00 PM.

Ethan was a graduate of UW- LaCrosse with a degree in psychology. He was a very talented musician playing guitar, piano and percussion. Ethan loved watching and playing sports, especially basketball, and was an avid fan of the Lakers.

Ethan valiantly battled mental health and substance abuse issues and hoped someday to use his experience to help others in their recovery. Many family and friends walked with him during his journey in recovery and we are so proud of him.
