Peacefully entered God’s Kingdom on September 15th 2013, age 82. Devoted husband of MaryBelle (nee Dougherty). Beloved father of Kathleen (Dean) Everson, Beth (Hank) Gramling, and Lorne (Krista) Proeber. Grandpa of Ben and Brett Everson, and Ella, Molly, and Tucker Proeber. Preceded in death by parents Albert and Irene Proeber, and brother Arnold Proeber. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation at the funeral home on Wednesday September 18th from 4-7PM, with funeral service to follow (7PM). Private burial at Caledonia Memorial Park.
Eugene was a lifelong member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church Caledonia, and was a farmer and a machinist at Jacobsen Manufacturing in Racine.
