Passed away Thursday, October 20, 2016 at the age of 80 years. Former husband of the late Rosemary (nee Gagen) and the late Susan C. (nee Deuter). Dear dad of Gregory, Daniel (Karen) and Stephanie (Donald) Zimmer. Dear brother of Bryan (Lynn) and Horace Lee (the late Opal). Grandfather of 5, further survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 26 at ST. CHARLES BORROMEO CATHOLIC CHURCH, 3100 W. Parnell from 9AM-10:15AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM. Interment Highland Memorial Park Cemetery.
Gene was a retired employee of the U.S. Postal Service and was a fellow of the Moose Lodge.
