Kania, Eugene Jr.
Age 80. Passed away December 20, 2009 in the Hospice of the Valley in Surprise AZ., after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Gene is survived by his loving sister, Joanne and his canine pals Teddy and Maggie. Further survived by cousins and friends, especially John, Ralph, Ted and Tim. Preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Helen Kania and a brother-in-law, Gus Gerhard.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 12:00 Noon at Whitnall Park, Boerner Botanical Gardens, The Garden Room. Private Internment
Gene was a Milwaukee Firefighter for 35 years and an expert watch repair man. Memorials to the Wisconsin Humane Society appreciated.
