Evelyn Stase

Passed away October 9, 2012, age 84 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gregory and Mary (nee Martinz) Stase. She is survived by her sister, Mildred Shurboff. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Evelyn will be buried with her parents at Arlington Park Cemetery, 4141 s. 27th Street in Greenfield, WI on Friday, October 19, 2012 at 1:00 PM.
