Born into eternal life on Saturday February 11, 2017 at the age of 83 years. Loving Wife of the late Gerald Green. Cherished Mother of Theodore (Sharon) Green, Gail E. Green, Sarah (Mark Kennedy) Green and David (Fauzia) Green. Loving Grandmother of Craig, Brian, Daniel (Christy), Jaclyn (Matt), Alison (Ryan), Nolan, Mickenzie and AJ. Great Grandmother of Samantha, Dominic and Savannah. Dear Sister of Carol (DeForest) Dix, Jean Collins and Janice Hannemann.
Visitation will be held on Saturday February 18, 2017 in the STEEPLE VIEW CHAPEL, 12455 West Janesville Road (please enter off of Lowell Place), from 1pm until the time of service at 3pm.

Fern enjoyed gardening, reading, nature, sewing, the Brewers and the weather. She also enjoyed traveling and taking classes with her husband Jerry. Fern was an active volunteer for “Attic” Medical Missions. She was the head nurse at West Allis Memorial Hospital in labor and delivery for over 30 years. Fern was proud to be a member at Hales Corners Lutheran Church for 55 years.
