(nee Snider) Joined the Lord January 8, 2018 at the age of 69. United in marriage with Kenneth Van Handel for the past 26 years. Beloved mother of Dale (Mary Jo) Seagraves and David “Jeff” Seagraves. Loving grandmother of Alex Seagraves, Kaleigh and Sean Van Handel, and Kevin Gallert. Caring great-grandmother of Kyler Gallert. Dear sister of Richard (Andrea) Snider, Robert (Kathy) Snider, Mary Copeland, Paula Hale, Ronald (Angie) Snider, and Monica (Mitch) Sartoski. Also survived by her extended Van Handel family Kathleen, Susan (Don), Margie (Don), Mary (Ed), Mark (Karen), Brian (Christine), John, other relatives, and friends. Florene is preceded in death by her parents Harold and Margaret (nee Huston) Snider and her sister Virginia.

Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 13, from 12 PM – 2 PM, at Jubilee Christian Family Church (3639 W. Ryan Rd.). Memorial Service will follow at 2 PM.

Florene believed in the Christian faith, enjoyed puzzles, and spending time with her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
