Francine E.
Velez
Francine Velez (nee: Olson) passed away peacefully on August 12th, 2021. Beloved wife of Jose Velez (Tony). Caring and loving mother of Tonia, Theresa, Tasha, Tara, Chad, Joseph, Chris and Angelica. Also loved by many grandchildren, Alexis, Natiana, Nevaeh, Iimoni, Jovonii, Julian, Taina, Saniyah, Gian, Mila, Noah, Austin and Orlando.
Francine found joy in spending most of her young life with her 8 children; raising them with love and respect, teaching them the importance of being kind to others and being great parents.
Francine was born in West Bend and was raised by a single mother. Francine was from a large family herself, being one of 10 siblings; Russell, the late Steven, the late Linda, Robert, Jerry, Francis (her twin “little” brother by two minutes), Patricia, Charmaine and Allan.
She was a great pool player and often called “Francine the Hustler” by friends and family. She loved “the country,” going up north, exploring nature and fishing. She also enjoyed shopping, going to yard sales and spending time with her brothers.
Francine was well known for her wonderful sense of humor and admired by all who knew her for her young spirit, fearless and bold personality.
She will be best remembered for her selflessness, desire to give and help others. Her family will miss her warm presence, smile, wonderful laugh and beautiful green eyes.
“Love you always and forever.”
My deepest condolences to you all.
Aunt Francine will be missed greatly. I will miss our Christmas visits, her Puerto Rican rice, our talks and her sense of humor. I know she is watching over all her loved ones from above. Always caring and protective of them. Until we are together again. Always in our hearts and memory ♥
The best fishing buddy sister and friend I love her spirit and she truly will be missed..
