Of Oak Creek, Passed away Oct. 2, 2004 at the age of 85 years after a long illness of heart and kidney disease. Beloved husband of Ardelle nee Krueger for 51 years. Dear father of Tom Jane Stephens of College Station, TX, Karen Matt Griffith of Monument, CO and grandfather of Thomas, Paul, Michael and Kent. Also survived by 1 sister-in-law, Gertrude Stephens; 1 niece and nephew. Preceded in death by his parents Thomas Stephens and Clara Huber; brothers, Wilbert and Charles and children, Ruthie, Bobbie and Alan. Steve was a graduate of UW Stout and taught at Boys Technical High School of Milwaukee.

Visitation will be Sat., Oct. 9 from 1-2:30 PM at the Funeral Home with services to follow at 2:30 PM.
