Frederick R. Hess  “Fred”

June 12, 2024, age 85 years.  Beloved husband of the late Merle.  Dear step-father of Debi (Pat) Webster, Deneen (Tim) Janke, Deanna (Jeff) Frings, and Harold Webster.  Loving uncle of Paul Hess, James Hess, and Kathy Olson. He is further survived by 3 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and his St. Paul’s Lutheran Church “family,” and other dear friends.

Fred was a devoted employee of Herb Kohl/Kohl’s Food Distribution for 27 years and was a dedicated member of the Greenfield Planning Commission for 12 years.  He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in West Allis for 41 years.  He was an avid wood turner and model railroader.
