Frymata “Freida” Katz

(nee Blankiet) Nov. 25, 2015, age 98 years. Preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Katz. Fraymata passed away with her daughter by her side. Both Frymata and Ben were Holocaust survivors. The loving mother of Rachel (Terry) Levin. Grandmother of Jenny (Scott) Kashman, Jason (Lea) Levin, and Jessica (Marc) Weiser. Further survived by great grandchildren Zach, Skyler, Sydney, Sam, Ben, Libby, Andrew, and other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service 12:00 Noon, Fri. Nov. 27, 2015 at Temple Menorah Ever-Rest Cemetery, 9548 W. Beloit Road.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Temple Menorah, appreciated.
