(nee Donahue.) Called home to the Lord on Fri. Jan. 18, 2013 age 70 years. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Backer. Dear mother of Craig (Allison) Backer and Lauren (Gerard) Hyps. Loving grandmother of Dries Backer, Ethan, Cole and Tanner Hyps. Sister of Sharon Johnson and Jean (John) Brown. Also survived by other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held on Thurs. Jan. 24, 2013, from 4-4:45 pm at ST. MARY’S CATHOLIC FAITH COMMUNITY, 9520 W. Forest Home Ave. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 5pm.
Gail will be forever remembered for the love she shared with her family, grandchildren, as well as her cats. If so desired, memorials to Second Home Purrs or to Happy Ending Cat Shelter would be greatly appreciated.
