Gene J. Pawlowski

Pawlowski, Dr. Gene J. August 2nd, 2012, age 74 years. Gene was a graduate of the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1965, and a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Upon completing his residency in ophthalmology at the Medical College he joined Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Panorama City, CA, in 1971. He served as Chief of Service from 1981 until his retirement in 2002. He was an associate Clinical Professor at Jules Stein Institute/UCLA-Olive View Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Patricia, and his aunt Carrie Cieslik.

Visitation Monday, August 13th, at THE FUNERAL HOME, from 4-6pm. Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, August 14th, at 10am from THE FUNERAL HOME to THE BASILICA OF ST. JOSAPHAT, 2333 So. 6th St., at 10:30am. Entombment at St. Adalbert Cemetery to follow.
