Tuesday, December 16, 2008, age 87 years. Beloved husband of LaVerne D. Lewko nee Krenzien. Dear father of Kathleen Causier, Janice Joseph Barry and Judy Michael Burke. Dear grandfather of Elizabeth, Catherine and Daniel Causier, Jennifer Dave Dienelt and Julie Barry, and Mary and Matthew Burke. Brother of Norma the late Ray Mucha of Tucson, AZ. and Mary Tony Balistreri. Brother-in-law of Lorraine Krenzien. Also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Visitation Sunday, December 21, from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at NAIN EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1665 S. 57th St., followed by the Funeral Service at 4:00 PM. Private Interment Highland Memorial Park.
Mr. Lewko was a retired employee of Allen Bradley Corp. and an usher for the Milwaukee Brewers. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Nain Ev. Lutheran Church or the American Heart Association appreciated.
