Friday, Feb. 23, 2007, of Delafield, age 86 years. Beloved husband of Eleanore nee Weber. Dear father of Carol Pechauer, Dennes Skaros and Nancy Edward, Jr. Meier. Grandfather of Lisa Marie Pechauer, E.J. Meier, III and Nicholas George Meier. Brother-in-law of Pat Skaros. Further survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Funeral Services Tuesday, Feb. 27, at 2 PM, at WISCONSIN MEMORIAL PARK FAMILY CENTER, 12875 W. Capitol Drive. Rev. Robert Jensen officiating. Friends may call at the Family Center from Noon until time of Services 2:00 PM. George was a letter carrier, a veteran of WW II, a member of Delafield Presbyterian Church, and a longtime member of the former Perseverance Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the church suggested.
