Went Home to the loving arms of his Savior on Wednesday, July 6th, 2016, age 77. Loving husband of Patricia Vanden Boom (nee McLaughlin). Devoted father of Julie (Paul) Siegmund, Kris (Bill) Witt, and Wendy (Glen) Proeber. Proud grandfather of Erin, Megan (Ryan), William (Heather), Chelsea (Tim), Katie, and Rachel. Great-grandfather of Kinsley. Brother of Ron (JoAnne) Vanden Boom. Also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation Wednesday, July 13th from 3-5PM at ST. JOHN’S EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 4001 S. 68th St, followed by the memorial service at 5PM. Please join us after the service to share your love, laughter and memories of Jerry. Private interment at St. John’s Cemetery.
Jerry was a local business owner that operated Jerry’s Home Heating and Jerry’s Midtown, and was known for his kindness, honesty and integrity. He loved his family and serving his Lord at St. John’s.
