So sad to the feel the loss of Gerry. She lived well, and I’m glad to have known her. May she rest in peace and her legacy live on. Thank you for sharing the additional photos here, Scott, and for making sure Uncle David always had a half of cup of coffee the way he liked it prior to the service. Thanks to all all caring for David now to keep his spirits up and healthy. All the best to you, and my apologies for getting names confused at times. It was a joy visiting with so many Brouchoud’s, their spouses, children, grandchildren, as well as Gerry’s family. What a great group of fun and loving personalities. Lovely display of Gerry’s artwork, pictures colleges, beautiful and thoughtful music (wow!), prayer, laughter, and food (including personalized cubcakes, I mean cupcakes ;). I’m grateful our daughter Juliana Brouchoud could be there. I’m sure Gerry was smiling down on the well-done celebration of her beautiful life. I enjoyed wearing my Cubs earrings (although put away now ;), and finding a used bass in New Berlin less than ten minutes from Heritage. Juliana loves it and, as always, her guitar was given a name.
