Passed away in West Milwaukee, WI, on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at the age of 48. He is the cherished father of Jeremiah Jeffrey Lee Rosario, Matthew Egan McDonald-Rosario, Jacob Samuel Rosario and Koi Rosario. He is the loving brother of Magdalena Paulino Rosario, Cristina (Roberto Rosario-Maldonado, Estaban Rosario, Noemi (William) Lugo, Milagros Rosario and Priscilla (Manuel) Alicea. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at Desatar Ministry 1170 W. Windlake Avenue Milwaukee, WI 53215 from 9:00 am until time of the Funeral Service at 10:30 am. Interment to follow at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery Union Grove, WI
