of Franksville, WI passed away Peacefully with family by his side Wednesday May 10th, 2023 at the age of 78.
Husband of the late Sheila Peterson (nee Bowen) the love of his life.
Father of Kimberly (Jason) Stahura & Adam (Keri) Peterson, Grandfather to AJ & Kash Peterson.
Son of the late Gilbert W. Peterson Sr & Marilyn Peterson (nee Dresser).
Brother of the late Gary Peterson & Larry Peterson, brother-in-law of the late Brian Bowen, Kevin Bowen, and Bob Bowen.
Brother-in-law to Bruce (Pam) Bowen, Patricia Bowen, Rita Steffens, Arnie Joers, Therese (Roger) Johnson, Colleen Bowen, Dennis Bowen, and Wayne Bowen
Uncle to the late Danny Joers. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was employed by Briggs & Stratton for 30 years.
He loved his tractors, tinkering in the shop and spending time with his grandchildren. He will be truly missed by us all.

My deepest condolences go out to the peterson family. By knowing Adam, he must have been a wonderful man, he raised a great son. I am sure he will be watching over Adam and Keri along with his wife to keep you all safe and sound.
You will be forever missed Gilbert so many people loved you.. you were a wonderful neighbor and friend. Love you….
Sad to hear of Gil’s passing. I know my mom was waiting to hug him in heaven, as she always was so fond of him.
