On March 24, 2015 joined the love of his life JoAnn Olsen in heaven. Harold was also preceded in death by his mother Loraine (Welcher) and his father James Sr. Harold or Harry as his family called him is survived by his stepson Robert Olsen, and brother to five siblings, Bertina and John Jensen, Eva Hough, James Jr. and Christine, Thomas and Susan, and Darwin and Ellen.
The family wishes to thank a special friend of Harold’s, Jackie Wollenburg who stayed with Harold until the end. The family also wishes to thank the countless friends and hospital workers that has helped Harry through his journey of this life for so many years.
Harold was extremely proud to have served in the US Army for a brief time until medically discharged for illness. He loved animals, cats in particular. His favorite pastime was watching movies.
