Proud grandmother of Monica James Mantych and Robert Frank. Great-grandmother of Brandon and Brittany. Sister-in-law of Helen Tlachac. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation Fri. Oct. 3 from 10-11 AM at ST. MATTHIAS CHURCH, 9306 W. Beloit Rd., with Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Private interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
