Born to eternal life June 11, 2017 at the age of 93 yrs. Helen was preceded in death by her loving husband Warren O. Samp. Survived by her children Jonathan Samp and Donna (Michael) Barber, Grandmother of Christopher (Sarah) Phelps, Andrew (Jamie Ebert) Phelps, Steven Phelps, Amber Samp and Geoffrey Samp. Great-Grandmother of Nevaeh Ebert and Emma Ebert. Also survived by a close family friend Nancy Taylor. Celebration of Life to be held Thursday, June 22 at Greenfield Park Pavilion, 2028 S. 124 St., West Allis, from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m., with a memorial at 5:00 p.m. Inurnment Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Friday, June 23 at noon. (Floral deliveries prohibited at park venue, please feel free to bring a plant if so desired).
