Spatz, Helen F.
nee Verhulst at peace February 26, age 98. Predeceased by her husband Joseph Spatz; and her brother Vilas Verhulst. Survived by children Sandra Albert Schlachtmeyer, Alexandria, VA; Iva Robert Gundrum, Menomonee Falls; and Dale Sally Spatz, Eau Claire, WI; 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Waukesha resident since 1947, Helen was active in St. Mary?s PTA; YWCA?s Monday Y Group; and various bridge groups. Talented in math, she joined her husband in volunteering to help organize Tax Aid for the Elderly Program of Wisconsin?s Retired Teacher?s Association for the entire State.
