Passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at the age of 82 years. Dear uncle of Anne (Bob) Kosky, his caregivers. Special thanks to Mary and Tom Holsten and Paul and Terry Weir. Loving Brother of Theresa (the late Daniel) Weir, Eileen (the late Michael) Drew and Barbara (Robert) Katcha. Brother-in-law of Joan Maas. Also survived by 17 nieces, nephews, many great and great-great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends, especially his sheepshead group. Preceded in death by his parents Peter and Agnes Maas and his brothers Gerald and Lawrence.

A visitation will be held Thursday from 9:30-10:30AM at St. Gregory the Great Church, 3132 S. 63rd St. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30AM. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery.
