April 5, 2010, age 76. Beloved husband of Nobuko Nee Tsuruya. Loving father of Paul Levandowski, Annette Gallagher, and Robert Shannon Levandowski. Dear grandpa of Kathryn Elizabeth. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Memorial Visitation Friday, 5-7 PM at the Funeral Home, with Memorial Service at 7 PM. Retired employee of Borden’s Dairy. Herbert served in the US Air Force during the Korean and Vietnam wars.
