Loving Grandfather of Erik Ulvog, Aaron Ulvog, Matthew Ulvog, Kristina Schoonhoven, Mary Schoohoven and Ruben Santiago. Great-grandfather of Christian Ulvog and Amiya Santiago. Brother of Catherine Anderson of Rockford Il., Adrian Peggy Ulvog of Aneta ND., Bob Phyllis Ulvog of Winnebago Il., Alfred JoanneUlvog of Vienna VA. and Marion Leona Kryger of Elk Point, SD. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral service Friday March 21st at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Visitation Thursday at the funeral home from 4:00 PM till 8:00 PM and Friday at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM. Private interment Southern WI. Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Retired employee of Chem Central of New Berlin. Howard was a WW II Veteran, very active with ECFA in Milwaukee, was an AARP tax-aide for 22 years, Past President of LaCrosse Chamber Of Commerce, LaCrosse Masonic Lodge, Moose Lodge, New Berlin Lions Club, was a Presidential Apointee to numerous commissions, he loved golf and square dancing.
