December 23, 2009 age 86 years. Preceded in death by Audrey, his loving wife of over 50 years. Beloved father of Diane Dennis Kulpa. Beloved Grandfather of Dave Kelli Kulpa, and Dan Kulpa. Preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Clara Heup, and sisters Gladys Lueck and Beatrice Kleinshmidt. Also survived by other relatives and his extended family, the Thiels.
Funeral service 12pm on Tuesday, December 29, at Wisconsin Memorial Park Cemetery, Chapel of the Flowers. Visitation at the funeral home Monday, December 28, at 4PM and concluded with a devotion at 6:30PM, and at Wisconsin Memorial Park Cemetery Tuesday from 11AM until the time of service 12PM.
Howard served his country in the Army during WWII, and retired from the Milwaukee Fire Department. Special thanks to Dr. Daniel Donovan. Memorials to St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church appreciated.
