Passed away on Monday, July 4, 2011 age 88 years. Beloved husband of the late Joyce nee Brunner. Loving father of Sherry Pete Kosovich, Neil Patricia Pasbrig and Brad Rachelle Pasbrig. Proud grandfather of Katherine Bob Stellflue, Jennifer Lance Davis, Brad Pasbrig, Laura Steve Haysley and Kimberly Fiance Skie Gehrig Kosovich. Great-grandfather of Jordan and Jacob Davis, and twins Baylee and Bethany Haysley. Dear brother of Caroline Russel Schwoch after being preceded in death by his 5 sisters and 4 brothers. Special friend of the late Enid Prochnow and her son John Prochnow. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends on Friday, July 8 from 9-11 am with a Memorial Service at 11:00 am at ST. PAUL’S EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 6881 South 51st Street in Franklin.

Howard proudly served in the US Navy during WW II.
