Passed away unexpectedly on April 21, 2022 at the age of 27. Loving and devoted husband and best friend for over 10 years to Kendra (nee Kornowski). Faithful fur dad to Tucker. Cherished son to Michael and Peggy Schmitt. True big brother to Tanner, Rider, Laken, Kiefer and Colter. Adored son-in-law to Keith and Sara Kornowski. Grandson to Jean (the late Art) Lange and Janet Kornowski. Also survived by other family member and treasured friends.
Hunter had a unique gift of showing his love to everyone in very personal ways and will be truly missed by everyone that knew him!
A Memorial Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 4th, at Heritage Funeral Homes (16880 W. National Ave. New Berlin) from 4-7:30pm with a Celebration of Life at 7:30pm.
Hunter was a mini Mike as a boy, so many good times ice fishing etc with my boys. Our hearts break for Peggy & Mike and family! Sending our love and prayers, Mary Chelminiak-Krisher and family

I am so grateful robbie had introduced to me and you and Kendra. Become awesome friends for 9 years. I was able to see your love grew for Kendra and how much faith and love grew until your proposed to my best friend and got married your soulmate and love of your life and seeing you both grow . I will cherish our memories and our friendship. You are going to be dearly missed hunter .
