nee-Lemiesz November 18, 2010 age 95 years. Beloved wife of the late Victor F. Loving mother of Rita Tom Lang. Special grandmother of Ricky and Michael. Sister of the late Alice late Raymond Serdynski, the late Irene late Russell Gamsky and Joseph the late Eunice Lemiesz. Sister-in-law of Lucille Alfred Chabot. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday Nov 23rd from 3:00 – 7:00pm at the FUNERAL HOME and Wednesday Nov 24th from 9:30 – 10:30am at the CHURCH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday 10:30am at ST. VERONICA CHURCH, 4001 S. Whitnall Ave. Private inurnment Wood National Cemetery at a later date.
Ida had her own swing band during WWII. They were the house band at Eugene’s in downtown Milwaukee. She was especially accomplished on accordion, piano, saxophone and clarinet.
