October 17, 2014, Age 85 of Milwaukee, WI, formerly of Belmont Hills, PA. Wife of Dr. Lester Carter Jr. Mother of Francis Budelier, Blair (Peaporn) Budelier, Tammi Carter-Budelier, Duane (Jacalyn) Budelier, Lee (Gladys) Carter, and Sally Lynn Carter. Survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Sister of the late Anthony Passarella, the late Verna Mitros, the late Richard Passarella, and survived by her sister Greta Stevens. Also survived by best friends Elnora Parker and Carrie Aronson.

Irene requested a private family ceremony and in lieu of flowers a donation be sent to the American Cancer Society.
