Wirhanowicz, Isabelle M. (Nee Hamernik)

Age 97, died peacefully on March 26, 2018 and was reunited with her beloved husband Anthony J., her daughter Sharon L. Slater and grandson Stephen J. Slater. She also was preceded in death by her parents Martina and Joseph. She was the most loving mother to Judith (Douglas) Wassom, Linda (Jack) Bruette, Susan (Gregory) Steffen and Anthony (Lisa) Wirhanowicz. She is further survived by 10 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held at DIVINE MERCY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 800 Marquette Ave., South Milwaukee, WI. on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 from 9AM-11AM with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11AM. Interment at Holy Sepulcher.

The hands are still. The sewing machine is quiet. Her body is at rest. Her loving kindness and caring heart as a mother or friend will be greatly missed, but fondly remembered.
