A beloved father, nephew, cousin and dear friend was born into Eternal Life on Monday, November 28,2022 at the age of 56 years.  Israel  was a very friendly and outgoing individual. Going out of his way to talk and be helpful whenever he could.  Enjoying the band Santana he truly loved to dance.  Survived by other relatives and many friends.
