Sweet, funny, beautiful son to Colleen (Jason) De Voe Gilbertson, Joey Gagliano, Carole and Mitch Taller. Husband of Emma (nee Reimer) and grandson of Grandma Marge, Grandma Ann and Papa Joe Gagliano. Nephew of Nina (Paul) Bartoshevich. Jacob was taken from this world way to soon. He was a wonderful man and will be missed by so many cousins, family and friends. We will all miss your smile and sense of humor, we hope you are finally at peace.

A Memorial Gathering will be held Sunday, December 11, at the Swiss Pub, 11430 W. Swiss St. Franklin from 12PM-3PM.
