Of Milwaukee, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 21, 2017 at the age of 80 years. Husband of the late Shirley Blazek (nee Riphenburg). Loving father of Barbara Blazek and Bruce Blazek. Dear brother of Edward Blazek. Nephew of Catherine Reith. Jim was loved and will be remembered by nieces, nephews and many friends. Jim was preceded in death by his parents Lavern and Bessie Blazek. Jim was a former U.S. Mailman. He was also a retired employee of the Joseph T. Ryerson Co. and a retiree of the U.S. Army Reservists. A special thanks to the staff of Allay Hospice of Brookfield, Wi. and the staff of Mitchell Manor nursing home of West Allis, Wi.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 27th, 2017 from 10AM-11AM at the FUNERAL HOME with a Memorial Service at 11AM.

Jim was a member of the Oklahoma Ave. Lutheran Church.
