James Edward Flaherty

James Edward Flaherty was born into eternal life Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at the age of 72. Jim passed peacefully surrounded by his children after a courageous ten-year battle with cancer. Beloved father of Patrick, Sean, and Kate and cherished brother of Mary-Lou and Jack Quint, Eileen and Carl Lunowa, Thomas and Mary Flaherty, Jean and Jack Smerlinski, and Margaret and Carl Mace . Further survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held at Holy Apostles Parish, 16000 W. National Avenue in New Berlin, WI on September 6th, 2011 at 12:30pm with mass immediately following at 1:30pm.
