Passed away July 8, 2010 at the age of 81. Loving husband for 55 years of Shirley Nee Kittleson. Loving father of Joanne John Klaiber, Robert, Ronald Pam and Mary Peter Jensema. Grandfather of Brian, Stephanie, Sharon and Morgan. Brother of Richard Linda, the late Thomas Betty, Pat Van Gruensven, and Mary Vern Sorenson. Brother in law of Dorothy the late Earl Kittleson. Uncle of Kristi Tom Cornett and Mark Kittleson. Also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Jim was born in DePere, WI on Nov. 14, 1928. He served in the armed forces from 1946 ? 1948 as a Second Lieutenant, and Provost Marshall of Wisconsin from 1952-1953. He is a graduate of UW Madison and was an employee of Allen Bradley for 33 years as the project manager of corporate quality engineering. He was an officer of the American Society of Quality Control. He also taught statistics at MSOE and UWM. He loved working at the State Fair, volunteering at the Wehr Nature Center for many years, and volunteering at St. John?s Lutheran Church.
Visitation Tuesday, 9:30?11 AM at ST JOHN?S LUTHERAN CHURCH, S. 68th St & Forest Home Ave. with Funeral Service at 11 AM. Interment to follow in the Church Cemetery. Memorials to St. John?s appreciated.
