“Jim” was called home to Heaven on Thursday, July 18, 2024 age 87 years. Beloved husband of Arlene (nee Sullivan) for 62 years. Loving father of Arletta (Steve) Schluter, Tonya (James) Siddie, Monica Hume (Steve), he was preceded in death by his son Lonnie Schlieve in 1998. Brother-in-law of Adrian Sullivan. Further survived by 10 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Our family lived across the street from Jim. He was a dedicated family man and always made sure that his family was provided for. I enjoyed watching him fish off the shoreline at our house in Linnie Lac subdivision. Jim always had a smile on his face and I remember how funny he was. Rest in peace Jim!
