James Gordon Carr

Entered eternal rest October 16, 2016 at the age of 77. Jim is the beloved husband of Brenda (nee Simmons). Step-father of Bill (Jessica) Stocks and Michelle Stocks. Step-grandfather of Brooke, Taylor, and Deana. Brother of the Shirley Fraederich, Dennis (Ingrid) Carr, Carol Budish, late Pat Lenchek, the late William Carr, the late Barbara Fritz, and the late Jackie Esch. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to Bill and Diane Simmons and niece, Kimberly Esch for all their help and support.

Jim retired from Aurora Health Care in 2004. He had a passion for prison ministry and counseling those who struggled with addictions.

Family and friends will gather on Thurs. Oct. 20, 2016 at Living Word Apostolic Church, 21401 W. National Ave. New Berlin, WI 53146 from 5:00 PM until time of the Memorial Service at 7:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, please send memorials to the Church, where they will be sent to help Tupalo Childrens Mansion, a cause near and dear to Jim’s heart.
