Born to eternal life on Friday, July 17, 2015 age 86 years. Beloved husband of the late Doris (nee Wolfe). Loving father of Nancy (Patrick) Hardy, Carol (Barry) Olson and James D. Nowak. Proud grandpa of Lindsay and Matthew. James grew up in Castle Rock in Grant County, Wisconsin. He was part of big family having 5 sisters and 4 brothers, and is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation Thursday, July 23 at ST. JOHN THE EVANGELIST CHURCH, 8500 W. Coldspring Rd. from 1-2:45 PM with Mass of Christian Burial at 3:00 PM. Private entombment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Once retired, he became a proud employee of the Milwaukee Brewers and worked for almost 20 years.
