Born to Eternal Life Dec. 16, 2016, age 68 years. Beloved father of James Fazio and Kimberly Fazio-Reynolds. Former husband of Jean Fazio. Loving grandfather of Caitlin, Sean, and Alexandra Reynolds and Michael and Dominic Fazio. Dear brother of Josephine Fazio, Salvatore (Judy) Fazio, Janice (Stan) Kovaleski, the late Frank Fazio and the late Connie Hamilton. Long-time companion of Kim Palke. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
